Mark brings insight gained from his legal practice and over 20 years of acquisition and development in residential communities to better understand his clients’ needs and deliver comprehensive legal advice. His legal practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, and probate services. Mark was admitted to the bar in 1984 and built a respected general law practice before embarking upon a successful career as real estate developer and builder.
Mark believes that a good attorney is one who provides excellent work at a fair price and communicates well with the client. He is committed to these fundamental principles for success.
Mark has lived on the West side of Cincinnati his entire life. He and his wife Lori (Goedde) are proud parents to daughter Sarah (SUA+UC) and sons Erik (St.X+XU) and Nick (St.X + UC). Mark has enjoyed volunteering on numerous committees, including Livable Cincinnati and the St. Xavier Boosters Club. He ran his first Flying Pig Marathon in 2013.
