Giselle has over 35 years of experience in various areas of the law, and now limits her practice to probating estates and preparing wills and other estate planning documents including Durable Power of Attorneys, Power of Attorneys for Health Care, Living Wills and HPAA releases. She has a simple and easy approach when discussing and preparing estate planning documents. Giselle understands the difficulties that commonly arise when preparing estate documents and how emotionally difficult it is when administering a loved one’s probate estate. She is understanding and attempts to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
Giselle was born and raised on the west side of Cincinnati. She graduated from St. Ursula Academy High School and received her undergraduate degree from Xavier University. She received her JD from University of Dayton Law School, having earned the Juris Prudence award in Creditor’s rights. She was an adjunct professor at Mt. St. Joseph University for 8 years, teaching in the MBA and Paralegal programs. Since raising her four children, Giselle enjoys hiking, boating, traveling, and spending time with her family.
